The materials are selected based in our standard design and client recommendation and requirements. The material selection comprises of a well computerized system. From the computerized work station material procurement, allocation, safety stock & order process are being executed.
The bill of material (work order) is prepared based on the job requirement, subsequently the purchase order also prepared under the approval of the Division in charge.
Our specialized team will ensure the quality of the materials received. As per the standard procedure, the Non Conformance is raised to the supplier if any materials are found faulty. The major materials are 100% approved by the franchisee or are from an approved supplier with available certificates of conformity to international, national standards and local regulations.
