Volt Techniques production facility with its experienced team is one of the best in the area achieving conformity to product requirement. The production team comprises of production supervisor and a team under whom a batch of trained and well experienced technicians put their combined efforts to bring out the best in quality products of various LV switchgear panels and control panels.

All the levels of the work in progress will be noticed and guided by the supervisor to achieve the desired outcome with superior quality. Clean workspace and associated utilities have been made available and maintained in all the area of production, storage of raw materials, finished products, office and other places.

The factory is well equipped with manual bending machines, hydraulic bending machines for busbar shaping, panel punching machine, drilling and bending machine, free standing drilling machine for fabrication besides miscellaneous equipment’s such as drilling machines, saw cutters, heat gun for basic operations. This machinery and equipment’s are carefully checked on monthly basis so as to ensure a consistency in the performed operations.

Critical assembly tasks are subjected to a thorough checking of the hand equipment. Crimping, cutting, stripping tools, as well as torque wenches are internally verified with logged results for traceability purposes and certification is done by certified laboratories in addition to internal calibration. Our workshop is equipped with latest tools and machines, upgraded time to time inline with growing technology.
